Summer Camp

The Winston School of Short Hills has been fostering the potential and optimism in students with language-based learning challenges for over 40 years. The Summer Camp is great for siblings, as well! Students who do not attend The Winston School during the academic year are welcome.

  • Academic Camp

    Our morning academic camp includes Reading, Writing, Math, Executive Functioning, Break, and Snack from 9:30 AM-12:30 PM. Camp runs Monday through Thursday starting the week of June 17, 2024, and ending August 1, 2024. We will not be in session the week of July 4, 2024.   • Enrichment

    Our afternoon schedule includes lunch from 12:30 PM-1:00 PM with classes running from 1:00 PM-2:30 PM. Enrichment opportunities include courses such as:
    • Sports
    • Fitness
    • Legos
    • Minecraft
    • Art
    • Baking

  • Specialty Academic & High School Test Prep Courses

    Our afternoon schedule includes lunch from 12:30 PM-1:00 PM with classes running from 1:00 PM-2:30 PM. Specialty classes deliver additional academic support through courses such as:
    • OG (Orton-Gillingham) Bootcamp
    • Math Bootcamp
    • High School Test Prep
    • Reading & Writing Institute

  • Speech and Occupational Therapy

    Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy are available but are not automatically part of the Summer Camp; they need to be booked separately with the Speech and Occupational Therapy specialists.
